How To Make

1. Place the ends of one of the ribbons together.

2. Put the ends on top of the polystyrene cone then put a pin on top to hold the ribbon.

3. Then put the sequins on the polystyrene cone in the pattern shown on the instructions.

4. Leave a space in the sequins to put a bow and tie a bow with the other piece of ribbon.

 5. Put the bow in the space.
